What if the extracted nodes/rels have no properties at all, and we do not define properties for their entity types in the schema? Do we still want to prune the nodes? If the answer is no, then this fix will not be sufficient. Let's rethink how we should handle this, so that users who do not provide entities with properties at all do not find it strange that no entity is extracted in the end when schema enforcement is enabled.
